Due to the nature of the products we sell, Amit Air Gun follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. All sales are final.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been confirmed, processed, dispatched, or delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer:

  • Changes their mind;
  • Orders the wrong air gun;
  • Orders the wrong model, calibre, specification, or variant;
  • No longer requires the product;
  • Finds the product unsuitable for their intended use;
  • Does not like the product after purchase;
  • Places an order incorrectly;
  • Purchases a product without checking its specifications; or
  • Fails to verify that the product is suitable for their intended use.

Customers are therefore advised to carefully review the product name, specifications, calibre, images, features, compatibility, and other product information before placing an order.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

Payments made for orders are strictly non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the customer cannot request a refund because of a change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a confirmed issue with the product or order.

A refund will not be provided merely because:

  • The customer no longer wants the product;
  • The customer ordered the wrong product;
  • The customer selected the wrong calibre, model, or variant;
  • The customer expected different specifications;
  • The customer changed their mind; or
  • The product is no longer required.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

We may cancel an order ourselves in circumstances where we are unable to lawfully or practically complete the transaction, including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Incorrect product or pricing information;
  • Failure to provide information required to complete the order;
  • Delivery restrictions;
  • Legal or compliance requirements; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order before dispatch, any refund will be considered only according to the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable law.

4. Damaged Product on Delivery

Customers should carefully inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the package or air gun appears to have been physically damaged during transportation, the customer must contact Amit Air Gun promptly after delivery and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Photographs of the external packaging;
  • Photographs of the air gun and visible damage;
  • Details describing the issue; and
  • Any other information reasonably requested by us.

Do not use, modify, repair, dismantle, or attempt to fix an air gun that appears to have been damaged during delivery.

Any reported damage will be reviewed by us. Reporting damage does not automatically create a right to return or receive a refund. Any resolution will be determined by us in accordance with the circumstances, applicable law, and the manufacturer’s applicable warranty or service terms.

5. Defective or Incorrect Product

We carefully inspect products before dispatch.

If you believe that:

  • You received a product different from the product ordered; or
  • The air gun has a genuine manufacturing defect,

you must contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, product details, packaging information, or other evidence to investigate the issue.

If the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect or an incorrect product supplied by us, we may, at our discretion, provide an appropriate resolution such as repair, replacement, or another remedy where applicable.

A customer cannot return an air gun without our prior written approval.

6. Warranty

Where an air gun is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, warranty claims will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

A manufacturer’s warranty does not mean that the customer has a general right to return the product or receive a refund.

Warranty or service coverage may not apply to damage caused by:

  • Misuse;
  • Negligence;
  • Accidents;
  • Unauthorised modification;
  • Improper storage;
  • Improper maintenance;
  • Improper handling;
  • Use contrary to manufacturer instructions; or
  • Any other customer-caused damage.

7. No Unauthorised Returns

Customers must not send any air gun back to Amit Air Gun without receiving prior written authorisation from us.

Any package or air gun returned without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to the sender, subject to applicable law and courier requirements.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any shipment or transportation of an air gun complies with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Where a specific remedy is approved by Amit Air Gun because of an error attributable to us, the applicable shipping costs may be considered as part of the resolution.

9. Inspection and Verification

We reserve the right to inspect and verify any reported issue before considering a replacement, repair, warranty assistance, or other resolution.

A claim may be rejected where inspection or available evidence indicates that the issue resulted from:

  • Misuse;
  • Negligence;
  • Improper handling;
  • Accident;
  • Unauthorised modification;
  • Improper storage;
  • Improper maintenance;
  • Use contrary to manufacturer instructions; or
  • Any other action or condition occurring after delivery.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking all product information before placing an order, including:

  • Product model;
  • Calibre;
  • Specifications;
  • Features;
  • Compatibility;
  • Intended use;
  • Delivery information; and
  • Any applicable legal requirements.

Placing an order confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the relevant product information.
