Due to the nature of the products we sell air guns, and related products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched or delivered, except where required by applicable law or where specifically approved by us.

1. No Return Policy

All sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products simply because a customer:

  • Changes their mind;
  • Orders the wrong product;
  • Orders the wrong specification, model, calibre, or variant;
  • No longer requires the product;
  • Finds the product unsuitable for their intended use;
  • Does not like the product after purchase; or
  • Places an order incorrectly.

Customers are therefore advised to carefully review the product description, specifications, compatibility, applicable legal requirements, and other product information before placing an order.

2. Regulated Products

Due to applicable laws and regulatory requirements concerning air guns, air weapons, firearms, and related products, returns, transfers, or re-shipping of such products may be restricted.

A customer must not independently return, transfer, ship, or dispose of a regulated product without following the applicable legal requirements.

Where a return is legally permissible and specifically authorised by us, we will provide the customer with the required return instructions.

3. Damaged Products on Delivery

Customers should inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.

If a product appears to have been physically damaged during transportation, the customer should contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Photographs of the external packaging;
  • Photographs of the product;
  • Details describing the damage; and
  • Any other information reasonably requested by us.

We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Do not use, modify, repair, dismantle, or otherwise alter a product that appears to have been damaged before contacting us.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

Although returns are generally not accepted, if you believe that:

  • You received a product different from the product ordered; or
  • The product has a manufacturing defect,

you should contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, serial/product information, packaging details, or other information necessary to investigate the issue.

If we determine that the product is defective or incorrectly supplied and a remedy is legally or commercially appropriate, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, provide an appropriate resolution such as repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Warranty Claims

Where a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, warranty claims will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

A warranty does not automatically constitute a right to return the product.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorised modification, improper storage, improper maintenance, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions may not be covered by warranty.

6. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or specifically approved by us, payments for completed orders are non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the circumstances of the transaction.

Refunds may be subject to verification and may be processed only after the relevant product, documentation, payment, or transaction has been reviewed.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method, where technically and legally possible.

7. Order Cancellation

9. Products That Cannot Be Returned Without Authorisation

Customers must not send any air gun, firearm, regulated air weapon, or other regulated product back to us without receiving prior written authorisation from amitairgun.com.

Unauthorised shipments may be refused, returned to the sender, or handled in accordance with applicable law and carrier requirements.

10. Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Where a return, replacement, or refund is approved because of an error attributable to us, the applicable shipping costs may be considered as part of the resolution.

11. Inspection and Verification

We reserve the right to inspect a product and verify the circumstances of any reported defect, damage, incorrect shipment, or other issue before approving a replacement, repair, or refund.

A claim may be rejected where inspection indicates that the issue resulted from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, improper handling, accident, or any other action after delivery.
